Birch Benders Griddle Cakes, Pancake Waffle Mix Keto, 10 Ounce

These are the best Keto pancakes I’ve made. They come out fluffy, moist and taste really good. I usually add an egg to the mix for extra protein. Others I tried were dry and tasted like sawdust. The paleo mix from this brand is also good.

I’m pregnant and type 2 diabetic and have been craving pancakes, These pancakes have done the trick with my craving 😍. Texture is a little dense so I just make them a little thinner and they taste great with a sugar free syrup. For me it makes around 5-6 pancakes. Definitely very filling and doesn’t raise my numbers a lot.

These tasted great. It's too expensive to buy on a regular basis though

Currently doing keto and its very difficult to find things that taste good but this stuff was Amazing taste just like original pancakes good consistency and texture I couldn't believe they are low carb only 7 carbs .i pared them with the mrs.butterworth no sugar syrup which has only 4 carbs and is just as good great quality products

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Birch benders and king Arthur are the handsdown best keto flours I've tried. Take 2 room temp eggs and a splash of water to fluff them mix with the flour and let sit for 10 minutes. Aerate stir and bake, microwave, or airfry for the best pancake, air bread, or sweeten for healthier cakes

Relatively flavorless - had to add cinnamon, vanilla, egg to be palatable. Also fallsApart easily so kind of a pain to cook. Decent job on my blood sugars though and did not spike me much

Delicious, easy to to cook and bake. Great for wanting pancakes.

This is good if you want something gluten-free and taste like cardboard
