The 3ed time I saw it the wax tip crumbled.... I'm going to try another one. But as of now.... I couldn't tell anyone to buy something that broke after 3 trys

Product arrived in bad condition
This product arrived in the mail as if an elephant had stepped on it. The case was cracked in multiple places and the product itself was in multiple pieces. Nevertheless, the I reassembled the product and I am hoping it works. I would definately ask about quality control but I am not sure if the problem is the vendor, the mail or Amazon.

Not worth the money
I was so excited to finally have some tools for my nails. I literally just got it today. I didn't even have it out of the package for an hour. I go to try it out, it broke. I definitely want my money back.

Terrible quality. I’ll never buy these again.
Terrible quality. Came in with cracks and were very brittle. Wish I could return them but since I used 2 of the 4 (neither even lasted a day) I’m pretty much stuck.
