Excellent for more than just cooking.
Not your usual review! I use extracts to infuse and flavor cigars. This company makes excellent extracts to accomplish this! The results are consistent and add a great flavor. The chocolate extract with added stevia makes a wonderful infusion mix.

Great strong flavour. A little goes a long way
It is excellent and a little goes a long way. I dont know how they do it, but its good.. I have tried others including Loran Oils, which are very good. However, this brand is great especially if you will be using it for frosting, cakes, drinks etc. It was so good that I bought the Lavender and lemon drops. My advice is to use the pipette as you just need literally a few drops.

Great for making cocktails, too!
I’m the kind of person who loves “chocolatey” and “creamy” cocktails — chocolate martinis, White Russians, Baileys, and the like. Unfortunately, I now also have to watch my blood sugar. This chocolate extract has been AWESOME for making a very simple chocolatey cocktail with no sugar — I just add a splash of the extract to a plain vodka-soda, then add a drop of sugarless liquid sweetener. (If you like it creamy, a bit of half and half, like a White Russian.) It’s fantastic with big chocolate flavor, and it’s great for anyone with diabetes/glucose issues, on a Keto diet, or anyone who just doesn’t want a sugar-filled drink. (After all, we usually drink alcohol at night… but that’s not a great time to be filling up on sugar if you have any intention of going to sleep later.) Great depth of chocolate flavor, I’ll be buying it again. I honestly wish bars kept it in stock (some places have chocolate *bitters,* but those have a strong herbal flavor as well… this stuff is what I want, just straight chocolate!)

Amazing taste!
Love this - bought it because I haven’t been able to find the McCormick chocolate extract in a long time and I’ve used that plus vanilla ina glass of LF milk to make it taste like chocolate without the calories. This one is a great taste!

This chocolate extract contains alcohol. I ended up having to throw it away
I thought I'd found a chocolate extract to replace other products, and I was disappointed to find this contains alcohol.
