I bought this tap as a distress purchase following the discovery of a leak from my bathroom basin. One of the existing flexi pipes had split and when I removed the existing tap, the bolt threads in the base of the old tap stripped because of the rust that had formed on the fixings.I would normally start treading the floor of my local diy stores, but I didn't want the sink to be out of action for too long, plus, the taps in the stores seem to cost an absolute fortune. Two new flexi pipes would have cost me £10, so taking a punt on this tap with fittings included, seemed a no brainer.As a result, I ordered this tap and it arrived the following morning. Well boxed and in a soft padded bag and all of the necessary fittings, new flexi pipes included. I was very pleased to see the tap was of a much higher quality than I was expecting for the price, costing 3 times less than my existing tap which I had bought 3 years previously from a famous High Street diy chain, and which has now been reduced to an expensive piece of scrap.Fitting this tap was easy, though I did deviate slightly from the instructions. I found it easier to feed the flexi pipes up through the supplied fixing and basin hole first and then screw the flexi pipes into the hot and cold connectors inside the tap. The flexi pipes just need a firm hand tightening and they are secure. From start to finish, it took me just 15 minutes to fit.This tap is heavy. It has a beautiful chrome finish. I especially like the fact that it has a smooth shank and there isn't anywhere for limescale to form around the base, unlike some other taps (like my old tap) that have a square bottom. I also like the fact that the tap comes with a proper rubber gasket on the seat to allow it to sit watertight on the basin once secured. Some taps just come with a very thin 'o' ring and they often don't seal correctly. The fitting kit that screws up underneath the basin is excellent too, allowing the tap to be secured without using fixing bolts, you just tighten it all up by hand. I also like the fact that the flexi pipes are colour coded so you can tell which is which once all connected up.Overall, although early days, I'm very pleased with this product. Great tap, quality build and finish and a fantastic price!

Really lovely tap comes in it's own bag - well packaged etc. I had to return it because it was too big for our downstairs cloakroom sink otherwise I would have kept it. Amazing quality for the price.

Bought this tap to replace a tap which flowed at an angle and splashed out of the sink. This tap flows straight down and keeps the water where it should be, it was simple to fit, looks great and I could not believe the price as the quality is exceptional.

I bought this to replace one I'd had for only a month. Far superior and at a surprisingly low price. It looks sleek, runs and mixes very well. Very happy with it. It is tall so plenty of room to use the sink

Amazing tap with soft water, lime scale builds up very quickly though​, usually have to wash this after every use.
