These are great. I had a problem with similar clips to these but the ones you have to press down and slide the holder up. These are MUCH better. Haven't had to reattach them once. They hold steady even under high winds.for my car cover.

My tent on two sides could use a little more space between the fly and the mesh inner to reduce condensation. These are perfect for that.

These are listed as Heavy Duty but that is simply nonsense. I've had 4 of these break when turning the knob with my fingers. They are very brittle or simply not made for Men to use.

Works great hold my tarp down!

The jaw width is limited to Tarps that are not super heavy duty beasts, which would need more open jaws. I have had no problems with these except one needs to screw them up seriously tight with a gorilla paw or pliers , to ensure the tarp material is well gripped. Neat backward sloping teeth, and all plastic , like my teeth in fact , but stronger, and 500th the price. If the tarp tears in the wind or from a falling tree, one merely unscrews these , and place them wherever the tarp has a sound edge. Also excellent for drying enormous bedding etc , in a gale these won't let go, even in a storm force 11. The teeth leave light prints on the sheets etc, but that adds to the attraction i feel.

I was impressed how well these worked. I didn't experience any of the issues I read in reviews for competitive products. They opened wide ( >3/8") and screwed down tight without stripping/slipping. I highly recommend. Thanks.

This is the second time I have purchased these clips, what a great invention!

Bought these to keep my gazebo netting at bay during high winds and did not disappoint!!! They held onto the fabric like a charm! Easy to attach and tighten as well.
