Good product but causes stomach ache.
This is a good supplement as it contains copper also which is also essential with zinc. As zinc supplements can deplete copper level in the body, it is generally needed. I experienced stomach ache after taking pills. I recommend everyone to only take pills immediately after meals.

Good supplement
I used to take zinc Glycinate earlier, now am trying this for the first time. Healthy hay seems to be a genuine company, cannot vouch for the purity or quality of product but packaging and over all quality control has been to the point till now.

zinc 40-50mg
Wanted to get a zinc sulfate, acetate, or nitrate at 40-50 mg for healing after pain, inflammation, or healing post injury. Have been using this for past maybe a month. Would report in 3 months the result. It's working, but need more time.

Money wasted
Vomiting, nausea, stomach pain. If you take after food you will vomit , if you take after 30mins of food you will vomit.
