I expected a much stronger necklace to hold my cross pendant, but when I received the item, I could tell it would break based upon how I would be wearing it.

This figaro chain was nice, however it’s only 2mm and that’s just to small. Would be nice for a young person but for an adult it just cut it for me. Nice gold, but the picture makes this necklace appear bigger when that’s not the case.

Way smaller

The 2mm thickness of this chain is perfect for the charm I needed it for. It is definitely not a chain I would wear without a charm on it since it is quite dainty. The charm pictured is 3/4 " in length, but this chain could be used for a more substantial piece as well. I ordered the chain in the 24" length. It is easily removed over my head but will not come off without gentle guidance. (Will not come off on it's own if I leave it on to swim.) The lobster claw clasp is small but the links attached to it are soldered closed. Because I intend to wear this every day, I chose the figaro link design because it lays flat.

I purchased this chain 4 months ago and a link has already broken. I gave it 2 stars because I really like the look of the chain, it's exactly what I wanted. Now I'll have to shell out $20-$30 to get the link fixed.

I was disappointed when I first opened the packaging. It caused the chain to be tangled into a knot, as it was just placed in a small plastic bag. At first. I was going to return it. The chain itself, I will give it a 3 out of 5 stars.
