Good, But Not Easy
I exercise regulary (about 3 - 5 times per week) and would rate myself as only in decent shape. I've done loads of dvds over the years, but my favorite way to exercise it to bike or walk outdoors. I ordered this dvd along with Jillian's Shred It with Weights because I know I need more strength training. Brooke is easy to follow, clear in her instructions, postive (but not annoying) and I appreciate the modifications on some of the exercises. Variety in this dvd set is definitely a selling point. However, I don't find it quite as fun as the other dvd I purchased at the same time. I will continue to use this set though. It's challenging, and I look forward to being able to do all of the exercises with more ease.

I love these workouts!
As another reviewer said, I'm fairly new to using kettlebells and I don't really care for the other kettlebell DVD that I have. Kettlebody by Brook is an awesome workout that is fun and effective. Brook Benton is fun, positive, and kind of funny in the DVDs and is inspiring without being annoying, and for once the background music is cool and not straight from a bad 80's workout.Cardio Kettlebell is a very challenging cardiovascular workout that combines dynamic movements with using the kettlebell, so I feel like you get some strength training in addition to cardiovascular conditioning. I work out 5-6 days a week running or doing the Brazil Butt Lift DVDs and consider myself to be in great shape. Cardio Kettlebell kicks my butt!Yoga Burn is the only DVD that doesn't utilize the kettlebell, but it's still super effective and I can feel myself getting stronger using only body weight. I usually get bored doing yoga but I really enjoy this DVD. It combines yoga with some non-traditional moves like mountain climbers and super jacks, plus the music in this one is really neat!Bell Body Sculpt uses the kettlebell for mostly strength training. Brook does challenging moves that aren't included in my other DVDs so I'll see new results. This workout does moves to tone your whole body - upper body, back, lower body, and abs. My only complaint is that I wish we did more reps on some of the exercises but maybe I just need a heavier weight.The great thing about these DVDs is that each are only 30 minutes long (but still super effective) so even on lazy days it's not hard to motivate yourself to give up 30 minutes of your day for a quick fun workout. I highly recommend this program to anybody who is interested in workout out with kettlebells!

My New Favorite Kettlebell Routine
I was a bit skeptical to purchase this 3 disk DVD series, but I'm glad I went ahead and purchased this DVD set. First, I read a previous review that said only 1 of the disks used the kettlebell. This is not the case. There is one disk for Cardio with the kettlebell, a toning disk that also uses the kettlebell, and then the Yoga Burn disk is using your own body strength. Brooke Benton has set this up to be an 8 week problem where you alternate the 3 discs 6 days a week during those weeks.I'm in relatively good shape. I've been working out with workout dvds, especially Jillian Michaels and Tracy Anderson, over the last 7 months. And typically workout 1-2 hours in a day 6 days a week. That being said the first time I did the cardio workout I had to pause the dvd player and take a breather before going back and finishing the workout. I felt the workout for a good two days later in my thighs, so I feel like it is definitely effective.The yoga disk was a little fast paced for me at first as I'm not familar at yoga but after watching it a few times was able to make it through the workout as there is a lot of repetition. I'm not sure if I'll continue doing the yoga workout, but I definitely love the two kettlebell workouts. I used a 7 pound kettlebell starting out and switched up to a 10 pound kettlebell after I got familar with the workout. I have higher kettlebell weights but I feel like the workout is too fast paced to use them without getting hurt. That being said I feel the workout with the lesser weights.Overall, I feel like this workout was worth the 18 dollar price and I would recommend it to those who want to vary their workouts.

Possibly good workout but boring
I am really bummed I spent the money on this DVD set. It is so boring and the music is so annoying. I gave it 2 stars because the yoga dvd is actually a good workout. If you do not mind a monotone instructor with lots of repetition then it is possibly a good way to get in shape.

These are good workouts - challenging and varied with clear instructions. I liked the yoga workout but I found it difficult to spend so much time supporting myself on hands and feet (sometimes only one foot). I am muscular and therefore heavy for my size so I may never be able to do this one well even though I've done other yoga programs in the past. Overall, though, effective workouts. I also like the Brook Benton ab routine that comes with one of the contoured kettlebells.

You will get RESULTS!
I definitely give Brook 5 stars with this set of workouts. They are 30 minutes each but you do feel like you've had a real workout once you're done. I've been combining this workout with a boot camp swim class for over a year now and have gotten very good results. I've lost the pounds I wanted to lose (15) and I have toned up. You do use the kettlebell on TWO of the workouts, but you get a break from it on the 2nd CD ....I'm telling you the yoga burn is the hardest workout of the three!! No way would I even want to think of incorporating a kettlebell with Brook's yoga moves! I like Brook a lot. She does a good job and she makes it fun. The workouts are not easy though, but I didn't get this workout for its simplicity...I wanted it in order to get results and I do think I gotten my money's worth.
