Loved to be able to bring along as I traveled for business. Extremely compact, easy to use and the hotels that I stay in for business have hair dryers, but not a hair straightener.

I have purchased several flat irons and none have performed like this small wonder. I think the reason is because it is so small and easy to handle.

I would of given a 5 star but when I tried to call customer service the phone number listed is out of service. I do like the product and it works well but no customer service? Hummm

I love the portability with this product. The longer plates allow me to straighten more hair at a time. It heats up very quickly. I just traveled to New York with only my shmediun and it was awesome. It delivered everything as promised. Would highly recommend.

Never going back to my CHI. This is an amazing product. This doesn't burn my hair. Makes my hair smooth and frizz free. Love it and would buy it again.

Pleasantly surprised by the strength of the StyleCraft Shmedium Palm-Size Professional Iron. It worked great and was so light to pack! I got one for each of my girls.

I have natural curly hair and the shmedium straightened my hair as easily as the larger straightening iron i have. The grip is very comfortable and doesn't get over heated.
