Unfortunately for me i chose the product without the ptfe tape for i think it was 20p which would have made the purchase an absolute bargain. however the product is all fitted and works great as an outside tap for my pressure washer to wash the car etc.good value and sturdy product

It’s a better quality tap than the last one I bought , it leaked from day one

Great outdoor tap. Easy enough to install. Found the brass did grind away a bit when I was screwing it on to the wall mount but it may have been the quality of the tools I was using.All in all, would buy again

What’s not to like. Apart from some thread tape, this tap replaced the original within 30 minutes and doesn’t leak. All components appear well machined / cast and represent great value.

A sturdy fixing and better than my previous one. Sealing the tap to the back plate requires a lot of PTFE tape on the thread to ensure the tap tightens in the vertical position, unless you can find a suitably sized washer, which I couldn’t, do do the same job.
