DB Electrical 434-22009 Fan Motor Assy Replacement For Polaris 500 PPS ATV 2002-2004, Scrambler 2001-2002,Sportsman 2001-2004, Trail Blazer 2003, Xpedition 2000-2002 70-1030 2410123 463752 Superseded by 434-22009

Spent more than an hour installing only to find out the fan sticks out from the housing slightly causing it to rub against the radiator on the machine when it engages. Took it all apart a 2nd time and tried again with the same results. Returning was a hassle and I ended up being stuck with a part I cannot use.

Product failed in less than two months. Amazon return policy is only within 30 days. The manufacturer refused to honor their warranty because I purchased through Amazon

Installed this on my 4 wheeler and tje fan caught fire. Wheeler hadn't even been running more than a couple seconds before the "new" fan started smoking. This product was faulty and I am waiting to hear back from the seller to see what there next steps are

This fan works like it's supposed to, after initial installation the blades were hitting the radiator so I just put a lockwasher between the mounting tabs and the radiator. Fixed the issue and it works great now

I purchased this cooling fan for my '01 Sportsman 400.The housing for the fan is not compatible with the early model 400CC sportsman's, I was able to disassemble the fan and connect it to the original factory harness from my ATV, which allowed it to work in my application.Once installed it works as it should, I would just advise that you may need to modify the fan in order to make it work.

Works great, fitment wasn’t exactly the same as oem in 2002 500 Polaris ho but with a spacer on all 4 corners we were in business. Cheap replacement so we are happy
