A great read
This was an informative easy read book with lots of positive suggestions to be fasting. Also included is some helpful sheets to print to get you tracking your food, guides. This is geared for women.

Wonderful book, bought one for my sister also!! To the point and not crammed with useless info!! Can read in less than a day and refer back to it with ease.. contains lots of key fasting info!!

This is s a tiny paperback book with very little new information. Self published and a total wreck.

Short and Sweet
Concise and to the point, providing clear explanation of the potential benefits. Anybody can follow this helpful advice and do intermittent fasting correctly. I would recommend this book for anyone who is interested in intermittent fasting for all the benefits it offers.
