Great product & excellent service
When we got our package, even though packing was more than adequate (both inner and outer packaging well padded and not damaged), two of the mugs inside were smashed. A quick email exchange with the seller with a couple of photos and next day we had 2 replacements arrive at our door. Excellent post-sale service, and the kids at the party have loved these as part of their party bags. Parents too!! Will defo be buying these again for next year!

These cups are great although one did crack when putting hot water in but all others have been great so just assumed there was a problem with that one all the rest have been fine
