Good value for money. Well worth a try!
I wanted to see if these meal prep containers would be useful for freezing meals, since they are dishwasher proof and suitable for use in a microwave.The three compartments make these containers ideal for storing an entire prepared meal, possibly very suitable for children and the elderly.Unexpectedly, when I downloaded the bonus eBook, I find I am keen to try out some of the healthy recipes!The containers are very good value for money - ten cost less than £1.40 each, on Amazon prime, including postage.Each container is reusable, and made of lightweight plastic, which is nice to touch.I love the free sauce pots. Handy for ketchup was my first thought!

Very versatile containers
These containers are perfect for helping me with my diet. I put my daily snacks in a tray each morning so that I can more easily ration the amount I eat during the day, and I also use them to control portion sizes of salads and other meals. They are also the best things for storing left overs, and are easy to stack in the fridge. The little free sauce pots are great for dressings or seed salad toppings. (And as glue pots in my craft room!)
