The texture has been changed
I have been using Arata since last two years, the new packaging is kinda good but the old one was better, they improved the scent of the new one it smells nice and the texture has also been changed. It is kinda feels like Ghee! lol. But overall great product. I recommend it.

Awesome product for chapped lips
Good product for chapped lips without using any harmful chemicals.I got to know about this product from fittuber.I m using from 10 days but still, I m not healing the chapped lips issue.the packaging is nice but they should introduce lip balm for lightning the dark lips.

This new formula is pathetic
I was using it earlier packaging or formula lipblam but this new formula is pathetic it is thick it's like I have apply lip scrub on my lips So heavy my lips not moisturized well. Dont buy
