Useful, adds what is missing on Surface Pro 4. Wish to be a bit sturdier
A very handy accessory for our Surface Pro 4. We used it recently to run some networking tests for a customer. Being able to plug an Ethernet cable is appreciated. Unfortunately, the design forces to plug the power in one way only, with the cable going down. Also, it can't be used with a cover. Not sure much can be done about it though. Last negative point, the item's sturdiness is okay but we would expect a bit stronger. It may not handle an heavy use. Overall, we surely will make good use of this item.

USB connectors were very difficult to connect anything to in the beginning
Works quite well, although I only have it for a day, I found very strange the fact the USB connectors were initially very stiff, I was ready to send it back as I could not connect anything to them in the beginning. A little bit more testing when the product came out of the factory would have resolved this.

Super useful
This hub is a must have for Surface users. Compatible with Surface 6 as well. It doesnt say but I use it on Surface 6 with no problem. No wires or external power required.

Works very well, no problems connecting this to my pro 5 model.

Unreliable
Bought this to connect my display - when I got around to finally using it the display would not connect up using it. This was a total waste of money and I'm not sure how I can contact for support with warranty.
