Effective but not friendly
Be prepared to do wiring work because it doesn't come with plug and only works with 12V DC. Tried to connect it with my main plug at home and I tripped my room. Luckily we have good wiring at home ao no accident happened. Either you run this with battery or be ready to buy additional 12V 6A DC adaptor. Fan is indeed powerful. (Just for fun I attached the wiring to 1.5V battery and it was still blowing just fine.) Amazing product but not user friendly.

High air flow and fairly quiet. Matches Atwell mounting holes. Good value.
My old used 1990 cabin cruiser came with a decrepit and siezed-up Attwell blower when I bought it in 2021. I managed to get it running again with some oil on the bushings but it was always a bit noisy. I decided to replace it this year and had good experiences with SeaFlo products before so I chose this one even though it wasn't the very cheapest. I was a bit worried when a reviewer said it was noisier than they expected, but I found that not only does this unit push a lot more air that my old 4" Attwell, but it is quiet enough that a passenger on my boat yesterday worried I had forgotten to run the blower before starting the engine, even though he was sitting directly over the engine bilge. Also I was lucky that the new SeaFlo mounting holes lined up with the old Atwell ones so I didn't need to drill new holes in my transom.
