This is IT
THIS IS IT!!! This is the pashmina you search and search for. I got the "raisin" color and it is even better than expected - a deep deep oxblood / vampy red. Yes, it is expensive but it IS 100% hand woven Marino Wool and IS FABULOUS. This Pashmina is seriously high quality and will last forever. I can't wait to start working this beauty. I will definitely get another as soon as I have the slightest excuse to!(this company is my new favorite great quality fibers - 100% natural, NOT made with plastics in far away factories reeking of chemicals )

Nice size and color, but a bit scratchy
I love the size of this scarf. It's HUGE. Can easily be used as a wrap as shown in the pictures above or folded lengthwise and used as a scarf. The color is definitely burgundy, leaning toward a plum, IMO, and is nice. I was hoping for something a little more toward red, but didn't want to get the red scarf as I thought it would be too bright. So, the color isn't exactly what I was hoping for, but it is pretty. My only complaint with this scarf is that is it a bit scratchy and not really soft and cuddly like I was hoping. I have a 10-year-old wool scarf from Ann Taylor that I was trying to duplicate, but this one doesn't quite make it. The Ann Taylor scarf is so soft and lovely to have next to your skin. This scarf isn't itchy, but it also isn't very soft so I give it 4 stars.

Very good quality
There is nothing is dislike about this Pashmina. The size is perfect, it’s lightweight, but still keeps you warm on a cold Southern California night. The color is true to how it’s presented on the site. I would recommend this product and you can’t beat the price for the type of quality you are getting. Very well made and I see nothing being off stitched, or un-trimmed.I just see and feel pure quality.

Color was not as pictured.
I expected a pinkish color, but color is actually more of a tannish salmon. Not sure what this color will look good with. As it is a gift, I was very disappointed.

Ordered my second shawl
The hearty but light weight and the size were the main selling points for this merino wool shawl. I originally ordered a black one and although I loved the feel and size there was a strong odor that worried me. I gave it a few days to air out and put it in the dryer. The odor finally faded and I love the black shawl so much and I take it with me to most places. I recently ordered the cream one for the summer. There has not been as much of an odor issue with the white shawl.

Very thin, also warm
It's very thin. It is also warm, but doubled up it is warmer. Best for a cool summer night or as a bunched up scarf in the winter. It's great for using as a thin blanket in cold movie theaters or on a plane because it's easy to wear or carry since it's thin and light. I use it a lot, mostly as a scarf.

Generous size.
Pleased with the size, plenty to wrap around me.Thinner than thought it would be.Overall I like it.The down side was the fact it smelt of mothballs.

Best. Scarf. Ever.
The colour and quality of this scarf is absolutely out of this world. I have two now - tobacco (deep, rich yellow) and peacock (an eyeball-swallowing dark teal) - and I don't plan to stop there. It's huge and heavy and warm, and I promise you, you'll be stroking it and staring at it like a 100% nutter whenever you wear it out.

Good quality item but fabric harsher than expected
Well made and light weight large shawl, but fabric felt harsh and not at all soft. My wife was not sure what to expect from merino wool - but did imagine it would be soft and pleasant next to the skin. If you are going to wear this over coats/ t- shirts etc then it would be fine, but my wife wanted it for cold summer evenings when wearing with sleevless tops/dresses. So not for her - it wasn't uncomfortable - but just not nice and soft. The company were very prompt with a refund when I sent it back.
