Great Gloves. Comfortable, Warm and a Great Investment
I want to comment on two things - the product and the seller: (most important - follow the initial charging instructions)The product (gloves) are well designed, very comfortable and fit exceptionally well. I have XL hands and often have issues with XL gloves fitting correctly. However, these are truly XL gloves and fit well. The inside comfort is great and absorbs some of the moisture that develops when the hands heat up. I used these gloves in 25 degree (F) temperatures with a moderate wind chill. Gloves were set to the medium setting and left my hands comfortably warm.I have circulation issues in my hands which is why I wanted a product such as these and would be very critical of how they perform. The heating elements are spread throughout the glove reaching through the top of the fingers. I was outside for an hour or so and was kept comfortable. Taking the gloves off I found a light bit of sweat on the palms which is what I would hope for with a heated glove.Winter has not fully blasted us yet, but I am confident the gloves will keep me warm. I have been happy with the battery life which is totally dependent on the heat setting you use.One piece of advice I would offer is if it is very cold outside, warm up the gloves for 2-3 minutes before putting them on and heading right outside. I found this very effective in starting off with a warm glove.Seller: Exceptional customer service and great support. I purchase a fair amount of stuff through Amazon and don't very often need to contact the seller. I did have some post-sales questions and the seller was (1) prompt (2) knowledgeable (3) courteous and (4) very thorough in response.I have recommended these gloves to others and stand by the recommendation to my best of friends

Warm & Comfortable Very Good Value
My husband has poor circulation in his hands due to arthritis. We live in Central Oregon and have horses to care for, so we are outside in freezing weather during the winter no matter what, two or three time a day. These gloves are truly a hand saver for him. They are simple to use, have 3 settings, and provide the warmth his hands need. They battery life is two hours on high, if you use a lower setting the batteries will last longer before needing a charge. They are a good value for $69.99 (mark down price.)We did find that the sizing runs small. We ordered a large, which is his usual size, but they were a little tight, so we exchanged for the Xlarge. The exchange process was simple and FAST. We received the replacement pair the very next day after requesting to return. Could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Overall, we are pleased and I would recommend them. We've had them a week and so far toasty warm!

Decent for cold storge warehousing
Theses gloves has its pros and cons. First the pros nice looking I like the 3 different color led lights very bright and get a lot of compliments at work. They are comfortable to where and keep my hands warm while I'm in the cooler at. Our cooler is about 34 degrees Fahrenheit. The cons I work in a freezer as well and my hand still get cold and that's on the high setting but I do last longer in there about 2.5 hours before I can't take it anymore. Mainly finger tips. My batteries last about 4 hours so you will need a second set of batteries for longer use. I drive a forklift all day for 12 hours. These glove are not made for physical work they will rip at the seem fairly easily as a friend found out. Also the cord on the inside of the glove is very delicate with a little pressure you will rip it out so pull from the insert not the cords it's self. Overall I decent glove for low temps but not low freezing temperatures. I have found putting a pair of hot hands in the gloves will keep your hands toasty longer. Thanks for reading hope this helps someone in the cold storage warehouse!

They work well when the batteries work.
I have Reynauds and live in MN so winter chores are tough in the winter. The gloves do work in keeping my hands warm to the finger tips. My only complaint is one of the batteries lasts less than 20 minutes on low, the other battery works great.

Great purchase
Can’t lie, never thought of such a product but my mom let me know she wanted a pair. When they arrived, I tried them and was immediately impressed at that fact that they actually worked. It has a heat setting and also a cool setting. In all honesty with all the cushion you still wouldn’t be cold even if the heat wasn’t on. If you’re in to heated things, this is the product for you.

Happy husband
I bought these for my husband. He works in landscaping and mows in the late fall and early spring when it's still cold. It was 35 degrees F last week and he was so happy to have warm hands. The charge lasted almost all week. Very impressive!

Cold fingers
Unfortunately, I had to return this item. Bottom line, it didn't keep my fingers warm. The problem is that the glove's heating element is stored in a pocket at the top of the back of the hand. So, even when that part of my hand was uncomfortably hot, my finger tips would still be cold. I think this glove would work better as a mitten and I do believe this company makes those, too. I also found that the gloves were so bulky and limiting that they might as well be mittens anyway. I do like this company, though. The gloves arrived on time and beautifully and securely packaged. Returning them was hassle-free.

Good gloves that extend our cycling to colder weather
These gloves are exactly what we wanted for traveling in an open cockpit Polaris Slingshot. They work well for us in temperatures ranging from mid 30's to mid 40's F. If the weather warms up, they function well as standard gloves without the heater turned on. Battery life is more than three hours in our use so far (will depend upon whether High-Medium-Low heat setting). Using the High setting initially as recommended for 10-15 minutes and then dropping to Medium or Low works well. They have about the same flexibility as other heavy gloves and good gripping surfaces for driving. We have used them in light rain/drizzle, but do not know how well they would do in heavier rainfall. Bought the large for my wife (she usually wears a small-to-medium) and the extra large for myself (I usually wear a medium-to-large).
