I would give this ten stars if it were possible. The first duck arrived broken. I contacted the sellers and they immediately sent a beautiful replacement duck which was well packed and in perfect condition. Their customer relations is excellent, and their product is excellent, beautifully made and a pleasure to own. I would recommend both the product and the sellers.

Bought 1 for fireplace off Amazon. When it came it only had 1 leg, but I loved it so contacted company to ask for a replacement leg. They sent me a whole new duck! Love both of them! Customer service from this company and the quality of the ducks are amazing. Love that it’s real teak root so all slightly different. 10/10 thank you guys ❤️
