Worked great for Finnegan, my Malshi! (Maltese/Shihtzu) This product, combined with Angel Eyes wet wipe pads and using the fine tooth combs, nightly!! It took a little while, but it really worked. I take some credit, bc I was not giving up!! But now we just maintain with the comb when needed, but stains are gone!! Finnegan had dark reddish-brown tear stains and beard stains. It was taking away from his gorgeous handsome cute adorable face!! I had to do something! And after a few product fails, we came to this combo and it worked for us!! Also, you have to take into account what food they eat and water. Only purified water!! Not spring and not distilled!

This product is amazing! I wasn’t sure at first, but after using it daily and trimming the stained hair, I started seeing results. It doesn’t remove old stains, but it definitely prevents new ones. After 8 weeks, I now only use it 1–2 times per week and it still works great. The first 6–8 weeks are key. I will definitely keep buying it!

I never leave reviews but here we go. I have had 4 Maltese over the years and this product is by far the most amazing to get rid of tear staining. After 5 straight days of use they were gone! I now use it every other day to maintain on my all white dog. I wish I had taken before pictures but honestly didn’t expect these amazing results!

I desperately wanted to believe that this stuff might work. My 8 month old puppy has really ugly tearstains. Unfortunately, I did not do enough research and bought this NR (no refrigeration) version. I used it for 3 weeks faithfully along with the powder. There was absolutely no inprovement whatsoever. After going on the Eye Envy website I found out that the NR version is what they call their "herbal" version and should be used for maintenance since it does not contain an antibacterial. I couldn't even find the NR version on the Eye Envy website. So why is that information not on Amazon? Silly me still wanted to believe that I made a mistake and that the "original" version is what I needed so I ordered it on the EE website. I am on day 5 and again absolutely no difference. The directions say "You will start to see the stains lighten within a few hours." Elsewhere it says "Results may vary. Typically stains disappear within 2-3 applications". The solution is without a doubt mostly Witch Hazel. The smell is very distinctive. What other ingredients they have added are a well guarded secret since they are not listed anywhere on the products, or website. My guess is because they are probably common everyday ingredients that they make a lot of money off of from people like me. I was also not happy to find that the jar of powder which is a little over an inch tall actually has a bottom at a little over the half inch mark. Save your money and don't waste it on this stuff like I did.

The wipes really aren’t much different than other vendors imo, they just aren’t pretreated (so you need to take a pad and apply your own liquid). I like the powder and brush, which I also use. We have a poodle mix, little guy, and use Pawfy’s powder in his food, which really doesn’t help staining but is recommended for his eye health. I started doing an eye cleaning each night after my wife brushes his teeth (so he already hates her, and it’s my turn). He doesn’t like the eye cleaning, BUT it definitely works! I carefully trimmed (use dog scissors with rounded tips please) some of the stained fur around his eyes and clean with the pad and then use powder, and his eyes have never looked better! It’s not 100% gone, a he still laws plenty of eye juice and boogers, but I can honestly say this works better than just pads, and he looks SO much better with his white fur and clean black eyes! I’ll definitely continue using this product!

Amazing results! My white Maltese had stubborn tear stains, and after using this kit for a week, I can already see a huge difference. It’s easy to use and doesn’t irritate my dog's eyes. Highly recommend it for light-colored pets
