great set of security cameras and easy to use
I love the security cameras and how easy it is to install. Very user friendly but the software that the instructions say to download was not an easy one to follow. The extra controls for zooming and panning do not work. When attempting to add more cameras it did not work at all. Each time i attempted to add more cameras, the system could not find the camera. I forgot or mispelled my password and had to call customer support for help. I am still waiting for the call that was told they were going to make to me now three days ago.

Horrible
No 24 hour Customer Service, it is horrible. Product not working efficiently & no one answers the phone. Calls are returned from a private number at 11:00 pm, which it is not regular nor appropriate business hour!!
