Other than that everything was fine.
My basin arrived with yellow spots. Not sure if it has been used or if it is just fading or something. Other than that everything was fine.

Good design
Does the job and is very smart in its design. Use it every other day for the past 4 years or so. If you are in the market for one of these, this is as good as any. Price was right.

Bad placement of drain
The drain is located on the side of basin not the bottom like it should be. This does not allow the soapy water to completely drain out. We had to tilt the basin to one side to get it to drain causing discomfort to the patient. Poor design. Plus for $65.00 you would think the drain hose would have been long enough. I had to go to the hardware store and buy a longer one.Very dissapointed overall.

Uncomfortable Neck Rest
I purchased this item for my mother after two inflatible basins, purchased earlier, developed airholes and had to be discarded. This basin is made of a hard material and, unfortunately, the neck rest is very uncomfortable for an elderly person. It is also a little too large and heavier than I expected but the biggest issue is the neck rest.
