Gave this to my son for a high school graduation gift. I wasn't sure about the chain so I did buy him a stainless steal chain. When this one arrived, the chain was actually very nice and thicker than I thought it would be - so this chain would have been fine. We kept it for another piece I gave him but if you are buying this cross the chain is perfect. I will say that the piece connecting the cross to the chain I will change because my son (his fault) wore it in the ocean and he lost the cross (not the chain). I did immediately buy a replacement since he loved it so much and was really upset that he forgot to take it off when in the ocean. I would have given it 5 stars, but the piece that connect the two - isn't very secure so I will find another type. Other than that - this is a VERY NICE piece.

Bought this after going into Macy's and finding everything comically overpriced. Sorry Macy's you deserve to go out of biz when you mark up stainless steel so shamelessly high. I actually walked back in the store to return the $100 stainless steel cross necklace I bought at Macys, went to my car and ordered this one and our son loves it.

My son picked this out for himself and he loves it. He’s 12 so I did t want to get anything too expensive at first but this has held up well and he hasn’t lost it yet after 3 months of wearing it. I have him remove it for showers to make sure it doesn’t get damaged as I know this isn’t real silver or gold. But he’s extremely happy with it.

I've been wearing this nearly ever day since I purchased it last year. I wear it in the shower, and to bed. I exercise with it. It still looks brand new. The chain is sturdy as well as the clasp. I've just been really happy with this purchase, and considering my track record with Amazon, that's saying something.

Love it. It arrived earlier than expected and the necklace is well built and sturdy. As a person who has worn the same necklace for the last 5 years I thought it time to try a new one. I've looked lots of places but finally decided to try online. I'm not disappointed with it. Same size as my old one and weighs about the same so no real notice other than the design and where it sits on y chest. The chain is a little short for my liking (21") so it sits a little higher than I would like but im sure i can get used to it. I'd give it 4.5 stars but I cant so I rounded up.P.S. she even sent along a small gift with my package and i gave it my my sister. she really liked it. Thanks

Update! After reading my review the company contacted me about my defective merchandise. After sending them a picture of the defect, they promptly sent me a replacement. Good customer service!!!Pissed! I had it for less than a month and the cross already broke off the chain!! Cheap! I expected so much better!

Gave this to my brother as a gift. He loved it. It’s the perfect size. Not too big and not too small. It looks very nice in person. Very good quality

I purchased this item a little over a week ago. I've been quite pleased with it. It looks great, I catch myself in the mirror admiring it often. The pendant itself seems of quality. The chain too, however I am a bit concerned with the little bit that the pendant dangles from. The part the holds the cross and the chain slides through. I'm afraid that it may come apart some and the cross will fall out. This may just be paranoia because this cross is my first, I love it and what it represents, and I don't want to lose it so I'm being critical. It seems it would take some prying to get open, or at least significant wear and time to open up. That being said, I'd order one again.
