Black does not work
The color cartridge worked perfectly but it did not recognize the black cartridge. My printer keeps saying “the following ink cartridges must be replaced” and then shows black. I’m now in the process of trying to at least get a partial refund.

Better than store brand
I had to get a cartridge asap , went to office depot and got one of theirs . It didn't last long . I've purchased Hotcolor before and they were pretty good . I got theses 3 cartridges for $3 more than 1 at the store . They work perfectly in my HP Officejet 4632 .

defective UPDATE! 4/16/18
I have purchased many offbrand cartridge replacements for my printer from here and on other websites. Most have been great, however these were defective, they would not print properly and the ink was faded as if it dried up. UPDATE! 4/16/18 HOTCOLOR PROMPTLY SENT OUT A REPLACEMENT FREE OF CHARGE.

great price great product
best bang for the buck, I had very little trouble setting up initially, wouldn't recognize the cartridge, but i removed it cleaned the contacts and reshook it then reinstalled and has been working flawlessly, the blue comes out a little on the lighter side. but for the price you can't beat it.

Cartridges work great--for A LOT LESS MONEY
We have been using the HOTCOLOR ink cartridges for about a week now. We are very happy with them so far. We put them in our printer and the cartridge worked right away, no problems. If we continue to be problem free-we will order them again!

Will not work in my printer
My printer won’t worke with this ink cell claimed a tech issue After send me messages say well do everything in power to resolve if product not working with your printer I have used no hp in my printer before this is ineffective

Junk. I would give it 0 stars but I can't do that. Spend a few extra dollars and get the real thing. When they provided me with instructions on how to fix their junky ink cartridges, I should have sent it back right away.
