I bought this for an up-coming funeral and to replace my previous plain white shirt that I've now thrown out. It's a little bigger than the size chart suggested, but not by much and I can live with it. The cut and quality seems fine and it seems to be a decently made shirt. My only (but big) problem with it is that the fabric is just so semi-transparent. Okay, I know a lot of white shirts are, for some reason, but this seems worse than others I've had. The collar, cuffs and strips of stitching stand out starkly against the noticeably darker areas of single thickness fabric. I can see my own n/pples through the chest panels! If your skin isn't very light or you have body hair, you might as well go topless! I guess I could wear a white tee under it, but with a shirt, tie and suit jacket on top I'm likely to sweat like a lawn sprinkler. ("I'm very sorry for your loss ... and please apologise to the priest for the pool of water around my seat.") I'll keep the shirt (largely because I can't be bothered to go through the whole return process faff), but in the meantime if anyone can recommend a supplier of NON-semi-transparent men's white shirts, I'm all ears!

Washes well, irons easy and fits a treat.

The adult size I ordered might have fit a pre-teen at best.
