This case is brilliant for protecting your phone and I love the wrist strap. However there are 2 features of this case which annoy me greatly;1) the fingerprint scanner doesn't not work - but then again, this is my 3rd case for the same phone and none of them do.2) the camera is hindered by the case when you switch to the widest lens angle. The wide lens catches the edge of the case and you end up with a black fuzzy edge along the bottom of your shotNow I have to buy yet another case for my S10+I left the same review with the Lanhiem case as it had the same issues

Delivered tonight, read all instructions and followed them step by step to install. Looks awful fitted, very flimsy plastic front and back. Fingerprint scanner rendered useless when in case. Also no provision for earpiece, could barely hear the call even on full volume and itcancelled out the awesome stereo sound when watching a film (well a short clip, as case wasn't on long enough to get past opening scenes!). Didn't dare test the waterproofing.

Quick next day delivery. Case feels robust and can protect my phone from accidental falls. Case makes phone a bit bulky but that's a problem for those with small hands (I know a president with such small hands🤣). I have not tested the fingerprint reader as I prefer using password login. All the buttons work fine so far. I am happy with this purchase and 100% recommend.

Its okay hard to use touch screen when inside case have to push a little harder than you should. Definitely seal proof, tested it a few times

This product is awkward to get on.There is space between the case screen and the phone screen making it less sensitive.I haven't used fingerprint on this phone.You are better off buying a better quality case

Bought this case and installed it, finger print scanner still works but it did take a fair few attempts to work. The screen protector part of this makes the touch screen very hard to use and also the case didn't seem to seal shut with me

Bought this case to take photos in pool on holiday without worrying about dropping it. The case fitted my s10 plus perfectly and was very easy to install.It does make the phone a little bulky but that's a small price to pay to make it safe
