This is a great looking novelty lamp. Came well packaged and looks like good quality components and a nicely 3D printed model of the moon. Very easy to set up, just took a couple of attempts to get the balance right! Lights up very nicely with loads of colour options with brightness control via the handy little remote. Looks really nice just slowly rotating on my desk! One thing to note though, you really need to remove the moon prior to disconnecting power as the thing will just crash into the base unit with quite a bang potentially damaging it.

I absolutely love it. It took me 10/15 minutes to make it levitating but once it’s up, it stays up. It looks great in any colour and it actually does look like the moon. On the top of that, I can’t thank enough the customer services at VGAzer, great communication and very keen to sort any problems and quickly. Thank you Jenny.

Lamp broke straight straight away

I am a total nerd when it comes to globes and I love this - it’s just so great that it hovers there illuminated and the features of the moon are so realistic and textural. The downsides are some functionality - it makes a slight noise in operation and since I have this by my bedside that is an issue. I managed to reduce it to an acceptable level by placing in on something soft. Also, it has to be repositioned every time the power goes off and it’s really quite tricky to do as the magnetism is pulling it in all directions while you struggle to find the exact centre. Lastly, it doesn’t remember the lighting setting which is irritating as, like a cheap set of Christmas lights, it assumes you want multicoloured flashing by default. In fact the simple dim white is the best as it literally looks like the moon hovering there. I actually love this thing and would recommend it as a present for any nerd but those a a couple of caveats.

Anschluss und Einrichtung sind sehr schön beschrieben, und nach einigem Üben ist es tatsächlich kinderleicht, den Mond zum Schweben zu bekommen. Auch das gelegentliche Entfernen und Wiederplatzieren des Monds (z.B. vor und nach dem Urlaub) sind kein Problem. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und der Effekt (auch die Beschaffenheit des Monds selbst) ist tatsächlich wunderschön. Die FB rundet die Sache ab, indem man nicht nur Farbtemperatur (ich nehme meist weiß oder gelb), sondern auch Helligkeit stufenweise regeln kann. Durch Anstupsen lässt sich selbst die Drehrichtung kontrollieren.

ya ben yapamadım ya da lambanın manyetik odaklamasında bir sorun var. ben ve başka arkadaşlarım dahil 2 gün uğraştık ama küreyi havada asılı şekle getiremedik. bu iş bu kadar zor olmamalı diye düşündüm ve iade etmeye karar verdim. aslında dekoratif olarak çok hoş bir görüntüsü var ama bu odaklama işine mutlaka ama mutlaka bir çözüm bulmalılar. yoksa bu iş resmen işkence olur.

This levitating moon is delightful, mesmerizing, and briefly made me question my own intelligence. Yes, getting the moon to hover takes a little practice. The magnet has to be just right, and at first it feels like trying to park a car without depth perception. I saw some reviews where people said they could never get it to levitate and gave it a bad rating. Honestly, you just have to try a few times. You eventually feel it when the magnet “kicks in,” and once you get the hang of gently lowering it into place, it becomes second nature. This is not a flaw. This is how magnets work. Physics remains undefeated. Important note: if the power goes out, the moon will immediately abandon flight and slam down onto the base like it’s offended. Same thing if you slide the base while it’s hovering. Ask me how I know. Once you learn the trick, though, this stops being an issue. The lighting options are fun and easy to change with the little remote. I usually keep mine on a solid warm tone, but the color-changing option is there if you want full space wizard vibes. It looks great either way. I did briefly consider giving this four stars because of the learning curve, but that felt unfair. The product works exactly as advertised. The challenge is user-related and temporary. Also, I wish it were bigger. I knew the dimensions going in, but when it arrived, I still thought, “I would absolutely buy a larger moon.” That’s on me, not the moon. Bottom line: it levitates, it’s cool, it impresses people, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. Five stars for floating celestial drama and a reminder that patience is sometimes required when defying gravity. 🌕✨
