We had our entire house done in vinyl wood flooring after pulling carpet out of every room. I tried everything for cleaning that didn’t make them streaky. Reddit suggested this product and I don’t think I would ever even try anything else. There’s no smell, no residue, and my floors look like they were just installed. It cleans fantastic too. I used to have to scrub mud a couple times and this just lifts it right up! And it drys fast which is fantastic as I have kids, animals, and a husband!

This is the best cleaner for lvt floors. I was using a little Dawn in my water. Then I switched to a little pine Sol. The floors did not look great. So I bought Zep and they look amazing. The shine of a clean floor is there! I love this product. Inexpensive and you use a couple of ounces. The best!

I have purchased this floor cleaner several times because it works on different types of my floors. I started using this to protect the grout on my porcelain flooring in my bathroom.A Clorox type cleaner was damaging my floor and tile grout. This Zep Cleaner with a neutral ph cleans great , with no fear of damage.ALSO, I started using this Zep on my wooden floors and it leaves a clean non greasy look and feel. It is a great product I can use safely on all my floors

Zep Neutral PH Industrial Floor Cleaner does a decent job for regular maintenance, especially on sealed or finished floors. It cleans without leaving a sticky residue, and the neutral pH is a plus if you’re worried about damaging surfaces or finish. The scent is noticeable but not overwhelming, and a little goes a fairly long way if you dilute it properly. It’s not a miracle worker on heavy buildup or deep stains, but for everyday cleaning, it’s serviceable.

The professional floor cleaner who does my carpet and tile steaming recommended this product. He said it cleans great and only takes a small amount. Doesn't create build up allowing grout to trap stains etc. So far so good, I have used several times on my tile and wood floors.

This cleaner is way better than the other ones I've tried. I like how it actually feels clean, the smell is very faint, it will last for a long time, it dries very quickly. It doesn't shine, but the floor I use it on isn't really the shining type. It is a great deal.
