Donjer Suede-Tex Flocking Fiber, 3 oz Bag, Mallard Green (Nylon)

For 1st Time'r it turned out pretty good. I did this with Dash in the car, What a Mess but vacuumed up pretty well. I suggest Dash Removal. Definitely use a Static Applicator the flock will adhere/apply better instead of in clumps.

This bag of flocking had way too many balls in it. This made the flocking of the cabinet I was building, a pain. The balls kept clogging up the flocking can holes. The info on the bag said to screen the flocking before using it. That leafs to to much waste and makes a mess. I had to use way too much for the application. Even though you can use the extra at a later time, I have too much overage to get the coverage. This stuff is expensive and should be better quality. I used it, so I will not return it.

Preparation for the application process is necessary to contain extremely small airborne particles.The base coat is fairly easy to apply however care must be taken not to get the base coat on any surface you do not want coated. After several applications using different methods for applying the flocking I have found that the mini-flicker gives the best results. Drying time takes 10 to 15 hours depending on temperature and humidity. I have found that allowing it to dry overnight gives the best results. Overall I would rate the product four out of five stars Because with proper set up safety equipment and clean up this product produces excellent results

This product worked VERY well for reflocking our goose decoys.Trust me the 1LB bag goes a long way!!!!! That is if you have a lot of decoys that need to be reflocked!!The color stands out very nice and made our decoys almost like new!! Especially on the tips of the back feathers.Make sure to find the paint to closely match the color of the flock with this item!!!

I make pen & pencil sets on my lathe. Then I make small boxes to put them in. I line the pen & pencil trays with this product. It worked very well. Was a little messy though.🙂
