These are worth the cost as they work better with less capsules than I had to take with regular curcumin (turmeric.)

I've been buying Longvida from ProHealth for years. I take it because it helps immensely with an incurable illness that I happen to have. There are several forms of curcumin which are more bioavailable than plain simple curcumin. Longvida is one of the nano-particle forms, and different authorities put it somewhere between 90 and 285 times more bioavailable than the kind of curcumin we get in Turmeric at the grocery store. (It seems bioavailability can be tricky to ascertain. See Google Scholar to find more about bioavailability, and some of the benefits of curcumin.) Over the years, I’ve come to rely on ProHealth’s unwavering quality… I’d feel it if the Longvida were reduced or corrupted somehow. The hardest thing is how much it costs, but the benefits that I’m lucky enough to get from it are worth the price.

I like the fact the maker of this product uses a third party independent lab to test the quality /substance of the product. Reviews from other herbal sites indicated the manufacture to be one of the best for purity of natural product content. Product was Delivered on time. It seems to be alleviating the discomfort.

Super-fast delivery, easy-to-take gel capsules. I started to feel results after a week. Less pain, more muscle control, and less "brain fog". So far no side effects at all. My brother also started taking it, and he also reports perceptible improvement after a week.

I can neither say it helps me or does nothing for me. How does one tell if it is helping with inflammation. I am taking it on faith that Curcumin helps and that this type is more readily absorbed than Curcumin with pepper (Bioperine).If it does what the research says then it would be a 5 star.It's the same with all supplements and even some drugs.
