Tried them all and Raid is the best!
Listen I have tried every single hornet and wasp killer on the market and this stuff kills them the fastest. Other brands sometimes don't even disable them fast enough and I'm running screaming at the bee that's trying to sting me. Funny sight for my neighbors I'm sure, I'm not allergic but I am TERRIFIED of bees. That's also why I love that it sprays a good distance away from you. I don't have to get close to them in order to hit them, just have to be relatively accurate with my aim. I don't think it's messy really as I have never had it stain anything that I have sprayed and trust me I've gotten it all over all sorts of surfaces before. It smells the same as any other bug killer in that it does have a chemical scent but again if you want something that's going to take out your hornets and wasps quickly and effectively this is the stuff you want to go with!

Not a single bald-faced hornet was able to leave the nest in time
Bought the pack of two, but only needed one. A decent-sized bald-faced hornet nest was built directly next to my primary entrance to my house, hanging above the door. Thankfully no stings/attacks yet, but because of the location, unfortunately they had to go. Until it was sprayed, the nest was constantly active, even at night. The Plan: Wait until 1 hour after sunset, then try to spray the sentry hornets posted on the outside before they can alert the colony to swarm. Aim all around the nest to wet it initially, then close in fast and aim straight into the entrance hole. If I see movement at the entrance, spray it again. The goal is to block up the entrance with as many hornet bodies as possible to prevent others from leaving. Wait 24 hours, then repeat the next night for any foragers that were away at the time. I also had a shop vac set up in my garage in case they swarmed, I panicked, and I somehow ran out of Raid all at the same time. How it went: Waited until an hour after sunset. A sentry was posted on the outside as expected. I bought and wore a beekeeper suit (way overkill with the Raid spray) just in case. I executed the first few steps exactly as planned - soaked nest, then moved in to create a wall of hornet bodies at the entrance. It worked perfectly. Not a single hornet made it out. The sentry died where they stood. Beekeeper suit, shop vac, and the second can of Raid were not needed. Nest had 100+ hornets in it, and I confirmed the queen died when I took the nest down the next day. ONLY negative I can think of is that because these sprays are so pressurized and therefore can spray over 20 feet, the can REALLY does not last long. If I set a timer, I would be surprised if you could spray a continuous stream for a full 15 seconds before the can was empty. But honestly, I think that's a fair trade-off for the distance it travels. Most people (including myself) probably use way too much out of caution. Final assessment: I am impressed. This spray made a stressful job easy, and helped prevent my family from getting stung. I was worried that not getting the foaming version would cause me issues, but realistically I know my bountiful spraying would result in most of the foam falling off. By morning I couldn't smell any of the spray around the entrance, and I still had a few seconds of spray left in the can (could still feel it when shaking the can, but not much). Would recommend. And since the nest was at my door, my doorbell got a front row view of the action (photo is from when I closed in to block the entrance after soaking the nest).

Easy to use, spray far, instant death for wasps
Packaged well, no leaks. Broke off the tab as stated in the instructions and press down and a large stream shot out about 8 feet into the wasp nest. Sprayed for about 3 seconds and wasps started dropping to the ground. Only one of them was walking around while the others were already dead. This stuff works well!

Excellent product, highly recommend
This stuff is great. Had a wasp nest on my house and this annihilated the nest in one treatment. Highly recommend this over similar, cheaper products. I tried one of the cheaper products and it was absolutely ineffective. Raid has my complete loyalty for pest/insect control.

Stand far away and be safe and accurate
This time of year it was perfect timing to get in and spray wrong the yard. The best thing is you don't have to be that close, these spray at a great safe distance. Whew! Well worth it!
