I completely stop taking my calcium because I couldn't swallow them any more they were too large, then I went to the gummies which were too tart, then I went to the chocolate flavored chews and they were oily and disgusting. But I know that I should take calcium so I figured I'll try these and it were easy to swallow. You don't have to take two a day you only need to take one to get 600 mg plus vitamin D3. They are like the size of an Aleve. If you're looking for a small easy to swallow calcium pill this is definitely what you want.
