It is pungent like smelling isopropyl alcohol from a bottle. Also I am 50/50 whether I am getting this urine like smell from it.

This heats up really hot so be advised. A acupuncturist suggested it to me years ago and I have been faithful to this ever since.

whatever is in it i find it helpful for inflammation.the bottle shape is good.when making the order insist that the seals be present on the box as i had the first order used.they were very responsive and apologetic and sent me a another bottle.

Not as strong as I thought it would be but not in a bad way. It's a great product and is a natural safe way to calm your sore muscles. Smells like cinnamon.
