Better than what I expected
I'm going to follow this up with a video review, but until I make it I wanted to post something.I downloaded the app to my phone and paired it up with local wifi, when it was connected I set it up to connect to the wifi router. After restarting, it was online. I played around with the app for a while to learn the features and after reading all the low reviews, I think that if there were an instructional video, people would be much more satisfied. I havent put an SD card into it yet, but i've tested it, switch resolution settings all the way up through 4k, it looks nice and clear, the color is a bit off but for a camera of this size, I wasnt even expecting it to be very good at all. I will continue to play with it and test it, after I make a video I'll come back and update you all!

Says 4k, got 720P. Luck of the draw which version you get
For 720P video is ok. Certainly not the 4k I ordered. Instructions are as helpful as you'd expect from a not so translated chinese copy. You never get actual instructions for the camera.I'm guessing this seller is knowingly, falsely, advertising 4k and hoping you won't return it.This approach probably works on other sites.

Totally worth it!
Works Great. It gets a bit hot, but I will likely purchase more of this model.Setup was easy. The PC software is awesome.I wish I could disable the red & blue LED's this unit has. It makes it harder to hide when it's lit up like a Christmas Tree.I had to play around with the contrast & light settings on the phone to get a good low light video. Video is really clear. Audio sometimes has a 1-2 seconds delay (muxing). Audio isn't that important, but it's nice that it's there so I can better understand what's happening.Haven't tested the motion detection, cause with a 128 GB sd card, I just let it run.

Not 4K
The streaming via apps have a 4K or 1080P selection but it is always chappy no matter how closer you are to the unit and the recording is on 720 not not 4K nor 1080P. Setting it up is no hazel that is why I gave 2 star instead of 1, if 720 viewing and recording is not a problem to you then buy it or instead you can buy the same quality for cheaper price.

Didn't bother with a return as we needed to use the camera immediately.

Garbage app great camera fix the damn app.
This camera worked great for about a month. The app updated and now you can not view remotely. You must be connected to the same wifi as the camera to view anything. If the app worked correctly this would be a 5 star review. Unfortunately, this garbage app means these cameras are useless. Emailed developer and seller, no response from developer and seller said to reset cam. I reset and reinstalled app, still dosen't work. Fix the app and I will fix this review.

battery problem
After receiving the camera and setting up the app and reading reviews and watching videos about this camera I was originally satisfied with the operation. I only had a chance to try it out a few times before the camera started freezing up and the camera quit working. I've sent emails to the company and they did respond within a day but the response just rephrases "you need to charge the battery".Now the camera doesn't even show up on my network so I will be asking for a refund.
