Unbelievable good deal
I have tried monk fruit sweetner before, and taste terrible. So I was looking for zero sugar sweetner and this is it. Texture is like powder sugar. I can use this for cooking, baking, coffee and this taste nothing weird after taste. No stevia, no monk fruit. Allulose is the best. Great amount, I definitely will buy again.

Better than other sweeteners
Tastes great. A little expensive but worth it. No chemical aftertaste

My sweet, sweet savior!
TL;DR: It's sweet enough and there's really no aftertaste. It's natural vs. some chemical concoction. It's powdery and works well in almost everything and finally, it just tastes good! I highly recommend it. ____ I'm trying to change my dietary lifestyle. Sugar is really bad, plain and simple but makes almost everything taste good/better. Diabetes runs in my family. I really don't want to go there, but I'm also an "I want to live my life" kinda guy. I don't want to eat grass and nuts because I'm scared to eat what I really want like ice cream, cake, candy, pie, etc. (all the sweets!). I absolutely detest the aftertaste of pretty much every non-calorie/low-calorie sweetener and I'm terrified of the chemical ones. When I heard of Allulose, I begrudgingly tried it because most people claim that it tastes good and has no aftertaste, but when Stevia came out everyone was like "ohh it tastes good, etc.", it doesn't!! I was so delightfully surprised. While it is a bit less sweet in comparison to regular sugar and way less sweet vs. some of the keto/diabetes friendly stuff (monk fruit, stevia, etc.), not having any aftertaste for me means the world. It's also powdery vs. granular so it mixes into things wonderfully. So far I've made ice cream, egg custard/pudding/flan and cheesecake with it and they are all delicious. There are 2.5 cons so far, first of all, it's expensive compared to regular sugar but worth it for better health imho. The second thing is (and this is a crappy one, lol) that if you are heavy handed with it and end up using 'too much' at once or consuming over a given amount for a certain time period (based on your body), just stay home or at least prepare for repeated potty visits. I heaped 2 tablespoons into a 24oz cup of coffee frappe I made and had to use the bathroom about 4 times within ~12 hours but your mileage may vary and this may not happen to you. Suffice it to say, 5g is a normal serving and 54g per day is supposed to be trouble free at normal body weight. I'm a big guy and it totally blindsided me as I figured I could manage more than just 30g. Finally, the .5 is, while it's natural, it's still so new (to market as of only ~2015) that we really don't know if it's doing something funky inside of us. We know what all the sugars do and are capable of as we've been eating it forever. The short term results do seem to outweigh the potential long term 'issues' though, at least for the time being. I highly recommend it.

Have to use a bit more than actual sugar but great taste
1 tbsp sweetens like 2 tsp of sugar so you do have to use 1/3 more than normal if you’re subbing in for sugar in recipes but other than that, it’s great. No weird aftertaste. Doesn’t quite taste as sweet as sugar but that’s not a problem. My family cannot tell when I’ve used this in place of sugar in recipes. It is very fine and has the consistency almost of confectioner’s sugar so be aware of that in case you need something granulated. It’s a great “hack” if you’re trying to choose healthier foods.

Great for baking
Truvia gainuals are great for baking, but became full in the measuring, because truvia is much sweeter than sugar.

Great healthy sugar alternative
I have purchased this a few times now and am really glad to have it alongside my health and weight loss journey. While pregnant my blood sugars were too high, so I stopped all added sugar and used this instead. Just don’t expect it to be sweet like sugar and a 1-to-1 substitute in that regard. It’s a lot more subtle, but not in a bad way. I just add a slight amount more than I would with regular sugar. It bakes really nicely too. Read some of the studies on allulose and weight loss, it seems to be really promising!
