It's fine. Will have to wait for winter to see if it's good to let cold air in.

Install was fairly easy, good instructions. One month into use flap is falling off , screws are tight.

I reached out to their support to inform them of the flap on this product. They told me they do not sell individual parts and frames. They did not seem very interested in helping me out even though they included a card that said if I can't give them 5 stars then please reach out to this number, not amazon. The frame is made out of metal and seems very hardy. It would be nice to have two flaps instead of one due to problems with the flap not always closing. Worry that I am going to lose a lot of cold air during the hot summer months of Arizona. I would love to get another one to put on the outside and make this into a dual flap.

Was difficult to install but it works well.I’m impressed with the appearance.It’s metal instead of cheap plastic.I had to caulk around the doggy door to seal it. Might be a good idea to get some paintable caulk

Love the look of this doggie door. Had it professionally installed and it took my handy man like half an hour. It came out perfect!

Move on, keep looking.Door was installed for less then a day and the flap came out while we were not home and let a day of cold air into the house.Even for the 24 hours the flap actually stayed in the door it had gaps on the side. Not impressed with the fit at all compared to some other brands.Purchased this as it has an aluminum frame and thought it would be more durable. That was a mistake.
