I've had cracks in the heels of my feet for years, and have tried every product on the market to help with them. A dermatologist recommended this cream (and actually sold me the first tube), and I'm happy to report that it works!The exfoliating part is very subtle and it takes several weeks to see a difference. I use a scrubbie thing in the shower to help remove dead skin, but I can tell that the beta hydroxy acid is helping to slough off calluses and dead skin. The last product I used had uric acid in it, which worked but smelled like....urine. This one has no unpleasant smell, I'm happy to say.The emollient part is excellent, and leaves my feet soft and moist. The camphor and hydrosilicone are very soothing and soak right in. I use it right before bed, and put on socks to keep it off of the sheets.After using it for a month, my feet are looking and feeling much better. It's pretty expensive (in my opinion) but a tube lasts me a month, and after I get my feet completely healed and in shape I'll probably only need to use it a few times per week.The only complaint I have is that it comes in a stiff metal tube. It's hard to squeeze out every drop and I wish the manufacturers would sell it in a plastic tube. But overall I am very happy with this product, and will continue ordering it.

I came across this cream in a lot of sample products I buy to review. I didn't think much of it, the packaging is certainly underwhelming. However, one night while I was watching tv I noticed my elbows were drier than usual, I mean they were parched, and dirty looking (gross!) So, as I mindlessly rubbed this cream into them. It's very thick and heavy, but I didn't have high hopes because I've tried a lot of products like this, and the results are never that great. Well, the next morning I was getting ready for work and I caught my reflection in the mirror as I was brushing my teeth. My elbows no longer looked dirty! That would have been wonderful in itself, but I touched them and they were silky smooth as well! An extra bonus is that they stay soft and smooth for about a week until you have to apply it again! Of course I did all my other dried out parts, too (especially my heels and ankles) and I got the same results. I am thrilled with this gem that I just happened to stumble on. It's miraculous!

I have tried almost every process possible to heal my dry, cracked heels. I love to go barefooted in the house and wear mostly sandles and this adds to my problem of dry heels. This product is a miracle! It takes about a month to achieve smooth, soft heels and with periodic application your heels will remain soft and smooth.

This is a product that delivers. It does what it says it will do - and then some. I have tried every product on the market to no avail. And, then I tried Theraplex. I highly recommend this product. If you follow the directions the results will be amazing.

This stuff is the bomb I have the driest feet in the world I had seen this in a magazine and thought I'd give it a try and along with scrubbing daily in the shower with a pumice and this a couple times of week my feet look and feel fabulous.

If you have cracks and dry skin on your foot, and nothing seems to cure it, you got to try this. This thing really works. It works on my foot on the first try.

THis cream really works on bad heels - rough and cracked. Since i wear sandals, i think my heels get extra dry and calloused. This stuff is sort of expensive, but it really works.
