It does shed a little but it did very easy to braid. I received it pretty fast too! The hair is good quality and doesn’t tangle too much! overall this is a good purchase and worth it! it came with a few extra parts but i’m not sure how to use them it still stands on its own though!

The mannequin with the dark hair is wat better quality than the blond one which I’ve order from another seller to compare also. Wow 🤩 so far I am impressed with the dark hair it’s so soft, thick, and I was braiding it right away and it works! I am not sure if I could use any heat on it though cause the description says “synthetic hair” so I won’t risk it . I am a Hairdresser we keep practicing new stuff and also to keep skills what we’ve learned in our memory and gain more agility so we should keep practicing. I will keep trying it but so far THIS BRUNETTE BABY is a keeper. Good price also. And I am honestly thinking about returning the blond one and order from this seller, what a big difference the quality is noticeable! Value for the money. I might buy more mannequins from this seller 🤓 hopefully I can keep this review as it is.EDITED - today I am concern about this mannequin, I have brushed it gently with a PM professional mannequin brush and it’s hair is coming out a bunch 🥴 HELLO SELLER, what can we do about this issue? Purchased for my 9 year old & was skeptical when I saw how short is was. Looked to be about 10 - 12 inches long. I encouraged her to lightly spray it with water & add a leave in conditioner as she combed it out. The end results were quite pleasing. Looking forward to seeing the styles she create.

Having 100% human hair, you should be able to use hot tools to style the manequins hair without any issue.While the hair styled as one would expect human hair to, when using hot tools, there’s a very strong smell of plastic smell like when plastic melts. Kinda made me nauseated.I’m not sure what was used to treat the hair but it seems to burn off when styling and I’ve used 100% human hair maniquins before and never had this issue.

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. This mannequin Head was so ugly it looked nothing like the picture. It was almost a gray color. I didn't return it because I bought it for her to learn how to braid hair other than that I would have sent it back because it was UGLY.

I bought two of these for our granddaughters. The price was great compared to the "toy" heads, like JoJo Styling Head. The hair is thick and soft and covers the entire scalp, most of the toy heads just have a clump at the top. The face has nice features on it. The head is adult human size. It's fairly heavy and comes with an insert to clamp it to a table, which keeps it from falling over when you are styling.The girls are going to go nuts when they see these!
