Will this fit a Apollo rfz db z20

I install this carburetor on an xMoto 125 2020 model it worked perfect lots more power than factory carburetor

Does the needle have adjustment rings or is there only one setting?

They should have three settings on it yes

I have an apollo dlx 125. the throttle cable is too long. i do not have enough adjustment to take out the slack. any suggestions?
