Surprised at the quality of these straps,not sure where the little leather pad on the strap is supposed to go.if anyone knows will be much appreciated.

IT band issue
I have used it once for an 11 mile run and it appears to have helped with limiting the pain on my IT band. So far so good!

Velcro comes undone
The strap comes undone too easily when leg is fully bent. The padding isn’t firm enough to hit the pressure point of the IT band.

Didn’t really work to be honest but I have to take proper ownership of my IT band syndrome and exercise properly to cure it rather than rely on masking gadgets!

Doesn’t work
I’ve been suffering with IT band issues whilst training for a marathon next year. I thought I would give this a go but wish I hadn’t. Doesn’t work, doesn’t stay in place, poor quality. Waste of money

Helps Pain
I used this band for the past week when riding my bike and walking. Already I have less pain in my IT band. Definitely, worth a try.

It seems to support the IT band sufficiently and does not slide if worn on direct skin.
It doesn’t slip if worn on direct skin. Stabilizes the knee and IT band sufficiently to carry on with exercises, walking ect. I have not started running with it yet, but it’s the best strap I have tried to date.

Alles wie erwartet, einzig jetzt nach öfterem benutzen reibt der Klettverschluss an der Haut! Denn solte man etwas schmaler gestalten, so daß er nicht über das Gummiband ragt!

Buena sujeción
Tengo condromalacia rotuliana y a la hora de realizar ejercicio, sobretodo al correr me acaba doliendo la rodilla. Tras probar varias cintas y ninguna funcionarme bien, he probado este modelo y me ha funcionado muy bien. He podido salir a correr y aguantar sin dolor. Yo me la suelo colocar en la parte baja de la rodilla que es donde me sujeta y funciona mejor para el tipo de lesión. Comprare otra para la otra rodilla.
