They have helped my plantar fasciitis. They are easy to move to different shoes. They tend to slip forward when putting my foot into the shoe, but it's not hard to reposition them and they stay put.

My podiatrist recommended this brand to use when my orthotics don't fit in my shoes. I bought the 3/4 length so my toes would not be more crowded in my shoes. I have flat feet and need good arch support and these provide that very well. I was concerned the 3/4 might slip in my shoes, but it has not. I don't feel them in the shoe, other than the arch support. I was hesitant to buy these because some other brands cost less, but I felt the importance of having my feet supported was the #1 priority. And my podiatrist said these last a very long time. Having these inserts made it possible to wear many of my shoes that I've not been able to wear in years. Being able to wear stylish shoes again is a real treat!

seems like it is pricey- but I have several pairs of these insoles and they are the best! Did not need to go to the retail shop and get somebody to custom make me something that cost hundreds of dollars. Instead, I am fortunate enough to be able to use these prosthetics and they provide the support that I need to take pressure off my feet. I have several pair that I swap amongst my various shoes that I wear. Easy to remove an insert into another shoe. They make a tennis shoe type and a high heeled type. I have both and recommend both. Do yourself a favor and go for the medium expensive solution first - you may be pleasantly surprised how much just a little support will help! Note: I worked in children’s and women’s shoes for many many years - I know what support we all need and I know what shoes have and do not have it. These super feet insoles make up for a lot that the shoe manufacturers don’t offer.

These insoles fit well in my dressier boots I wear to work. My boots didn’t have support, but these insoles make them comfortable to wear all day. I had a back injury recently and I’ve noticed a decrease in back pain too, could be related to the insoles. They cup your heel so the weight is distributed better. For arch support I would say medium, however I’ve been told I have high arches. They can be easily switched between shoes. Fit my extra wide and medium wide widths too.

These insoles were recommended to me by an AI program when I was describing some of my foot issues and the type of shoe I would be using. They worked perfectly, and I actually ended up also using them in a dress boot yesterday. I walked around New York City in them for a couple of hours and my feet felt great. Will need another pair!

These have been great to slide into boots and dress shoes that my orthotics don’t fit into. I tried to wear them in my ski boots but they slipped a little when I was trying to turn since they aren’t attached to the boot

This is my favourite insole from Superfeet. It fits nicely in my shoe and is comfortable. I don't experience any foot pains while walking anymore! Highly recommended :)

These are exactly what you're looking for if you need insoles but your boots/shoes aren't spacious enough for a full foot. I wear women's boots which are of course not made for practical hard work but fashion and sitting pretty with no thoughts in my pretty little head so it was had to find an insole that could support me standing and running and work all day (honestly, no sitting at my job). Women's boots are always made tight, not roomy so a full foot insole never fits in and if it does, it lifts my foot too high thus pressing it into the top of my boot. Not comfy. So these have been amazing. Fall chelsea boots, low heel, no problem. Converse chuck taylor shoes, no problem. Blundstone, no problem. Leather loafers with very low profile, no problem. Every shoe I try they work like a trick. SIZING: I wear size 8 shoes, sometimes I buy a 8.5 for winter to accomodate a heavy sock but I am mostly 8, sometimes 7.5 . I had purchased the smaller version of this which said it was for my size but I returned them. The support didnt reach my whole arch it stopped partially and it felt too short. These are the perfect fit.
