WANDF For Spirit Airlines Personal Item Bag 18x14x8 Foldable Travel Duffel Carry on Weekender Overnight for Women Men

After viewing photos and reading reviews of all the other very similarly sized travel duffels, I decided to purchase the Wandf. The nylon strap goes all the way around the bottom ONLY on the Wandf. This is important on a bag with such thin, lightweight fabric. Also, all the seams are reinforced on the inside with a type of fabric bias tape covering the seam raw fabric edges. I tested all the seams, all the way around....tried to find any tiny weak spots or holes...and found none.I haven't used this as an under seat airline travel bag, but I have confidence that it should hold up.It is the only one that is close to 8" deep....closest to the maximum measurements for Frontier airline "cabin bag".Update: I have used this bag as an underseat bag 4 times (Frontier and United) and have had no problem with the quality of it. The rectangle shape completely fills the underwear space and it is absolutely amazing how much will fit in it! It would be nice to have a shoulder strap on it, but that would add weight and it works fine as is.I did cut down a cardboard box with which to partially line the bag's interior walls. This gave it more of a square structure, otherwise it was rather bulgy. I only put 2 large pieces of cardboard inside, both lining the widest side walls; one of which also bent and supported the 8" floor width. I used the part of the box with the premade straight bend for this 1 piece and this helped it fold flat nicely when stored between trips.

Qualifies as a Personal item for Frontier and Spirit Airlines!!

We bought this to take with us when we visited our daughter who is studying abroad for 4 months. We figured she would not have enough room in her luggage when it was time to come home. Folded up, this bag was so compact and lightweight it took up almost no room in our own luggage for the trip over. Then, sure enough, she had a ton of clothes and shoes to send home with us and packed this bag full. We checked the bag and it made it through two international flights without a scratch. The BEST feature is the side strap that allows you to slide it over the handle of a rolling suitcase so you don't have to carry it. This is probably the most practical and the best value item I have purchased in years.

It fits under the seat as a free personal item on Sun country. 17×13×9Holds my laptop, clothes for a week and my humangus size supplement box and lots of other stuff.

Looks good. I wasn't aware that it folded up into a small pouch so that's a plus for storage. I added a hammer in my photos for scale.

Great lightweight duffel. I am using this to carry my king size pillow, sweater, travel blanket and neck pillow for traveling. Once I'm on the plane everything comes out and goes around me, then this bag folds away into practically nothing. Its perfect for my needs. Its very lightweight yet durable. I am putting a king size pillow in it, which has to be squished to fit lengthwise. But its a pillow so it squishes easily. I have no problem fitting the pillow and my other items I use to make long airplane trips a bit more comfortable.

Love this travel bag! Got it for a week long trip, and was able to pack enough clothes, as well as toiletries/shoes/camera. What I really love is that it can fold up into a palm sized item and stored away for future use, but also is capable of carrying a plethora of items. I use this daily to carry gym items, never had a problem with it holding scent from my dirty socks!Get this duffel bag and nothing else mkay

Ordered one of these bags to use as our carry on bag returning from a trip with a bit extra weight than anticipated. After receiving it I ordered one more for my partner. The material is light but feels sturdy, the zipper is qgood quality, it takes up no space or weight when folded and fits a ton when open! We were careful not to put sharp or too hard objects as its shape adjusts to the contents but it handled the weight great. The various handles make it comfortable to carry on top your suitcase handle, on your shoulders or your hands. Looks waterproof but haven't tested that yet. Very good quality bag for its intended use.

I travel a lot back and forth between the US and the UK. There are some things that are just easier and cheaper to buy in the US or that I just can't get in the UK because of whatever reasons. I usually have my backpack and a carry-on bag when I go to the US and pack this on my way there. When I come back I always have more stuff with me and this bag is perfect to carry any of the extra stuff I need on the way back. It is so compactible and yet opens up to a great size and fits a LOT. I usually check this duffle on my way back home and as we all know, anything that gets checked gets thrown around and filthy. This bag is super easy to clean and can handle the rough handling of any checked bag.

I actually have a lot of travel bays, because before travel can take a suitcase, a travel bag. But now it’s different,it used to be one person, now it’s two people and one more baby cart, So can’t carry a suitcase,Only travel bags . The old luggage was too small for two people then I saw the bay online, feel good. bought to try.It’s really good, you can carry it, you can carry it on your back and you can hang it on the suitcase. This bag is big enough for me and the kids,it’s also waterproof and it’s thin and light. It’s small when you put it away. Very easy to use, very practical. Highly recommend.

Packed in its own pocket for transport in the main bags and came into its own for an island two night stay where the main luggage had to be left on the support bus and everything we needed for the two nights went into this duffel. This included fins and snorkelling gear and our beach gear as well as normal overnight stuff packed in "cubes". It even accommodated as well, our cross-body bag that was used for cash and passports etc. It is "cabin luggage" size and was used for that purpose on our return flight. It proved to be really useful and it weighs next to nothing although very tough.

Very disappointed with this bag. From the reviews read I thought that I had found what I was looking for. However, when first packing clothes into the bag a seam split. Perhaps simply faulty but not very encouraging.**Further to my review I have had excellent service from the seller, offering to make good with a return or refund. Geographically a return would not have been cost-effective, I live in the Canaries. Despatch is not made from the UK to the Canaries (delivery was made to a friends address in the UK, and I collected on a recent visit) and so a replacement is also not viable. A refund has been made without the requirement to return the faulty product.I also should add that I also purchased a fuchsia coloured bag. This was used as hold baggage on our return flight from the UK. It contained 7 shirts, a pair of jeans, several spice jars, a bottle of eau de cologne and a small grill pan! The bag survived being in the hold of the aircraft, and is ready for any future trip. I have upgraded the review to 4 stars to reflect the customer service, and also that bag no 2 survived air travel**

Very lightweight. Held enough clothes for a week including jeans and woollen jumpers as well as toiletries and hair dryer etc. It appears to be strong. It is not lined which is a shame but does not affect its usefulness. I’ve yet to learn how to fold it up, even following the instructions I didn’t succeed. I have no qualms about recommending this bag.
