Food for Life Organic Almond Cereal, 16 OZ

This is by far our family’s favorite cereal. It’s all we eat. It’s healthy, very flavorful, great texture. When our older son comes home from Germany, he takes boxes and boxes of it back with him.

We are supposed to eat low-processed whole grains, right? This fits the bill and tastes fine, but is not cheap.

I love the taste, how crunchy and the fact this granola is super healthy. I will never buy another brand of granola. Way to many of them "claim" to be healthy and they are filled with nothing but garbage! NOT EZEKIEL! It's awesome... I would highly recommend. Taste soooo good! I use it in my yogurt, with a handful of blueberries and chia seeds everyday..

I love this brand and their choice to source organic ingredients and avoid the use of heavily processed ingredients and additives. It might be a bit of an acquired taste; however, I enjoy the cereal as a crunch snack, with fruit, or served as a topping over sorbet or chocolate pudding. The plain version is great to use as a breadcrumb substitute. ABOUT QUALITY: On a number of occasions, I have purchased this cereal and it was stale or damaged. Sometimes the bag was not properly sealed. The cereal bag was sliced open, I presume this happens when the story unpacks from the shipping boxes. Other times, the package appear in tact, yet the product is stale. For a cereal of this price, I expect a higher level of quality control. ABOUT PRICING: While I support companies whose prices are set to pay a fair wage to employees and suppliers, I question whether the cost increase to $8 plus dollars is indicative of fair wages or exploiting 2020s corporate inflationary market. As a whole food, plant-only eater, there are not many alternatives. If the price continues to increase, I will have to suspect purchasing this item.

This is some really good cereal and it’s good for you ! Vegan lovers. I use 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds and 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds 1 teaspoon of flaxseeds.( ground ) and 1/4 cup of walnuts and about a half a cup of so of soy milk. This will get your protein up there and calories too to start your day. ( add some blueberries and strawberries to it.)

A god send among all cereals. I can finally eat cereal without guilt! I pair it with blueberries and chia seeds and it really starts off my morning the right way.

This cereal is so nutritious that it's actually astonishing (you can look at the side panel for details), so I was really excited to try it. Though the box is smaller than other American cereals I've purchased before, and a lot more expensive too, I really don't mind because I'm excited to be healthy and get nearly everything I need nutrient-wise from a cereal. Now I love cereal (not just the ultra sweet American ones either) and am also not a picky eater, so just keep that in mind. After eagerly preparing a large hearty bowl of this stuff, with my alternative milk of choice, I took a heaping spoonful, and to my disappointment it doesn't taste great. Everyone in the house seems to think so too, and so a few bites are eaten from the first bowl, but then never touched again. The taste is bland and flavorless, and even if I pour a bit of honey it's still difficult to reconcile eating this. After months, all of our sweets are gone from the pantry, even the not-so-great ones, but this cereal box is still full. It will probably continue to sit there.
