For a collie size dog how many pouches per day if main part of meal is dry food?

I usually split one carton into around quarters. Place them into slow feeders with toppers and a bit of water and chuck them in the freezer, so we only use a quarter pouch a day with two other dry food meals. I have a GSD

Are these refrigerated or kept in cupboard?

In cupboard until opened then would need to be kept in fridge but top folds back over to close box

What age are these for please?

The product does state from all age ranges! Started feeding our doggo this when he was quite young, maybe 12-14 weeks old, but younger is also fine :)
