Received unusable
Purchased for my husband, he just opened it yesterday and the button to unfold it will not release. Item is unusable, and it is past the return date. I have tried unsuccessfully to unfold it, would give it 0 stars if I could.

EVERY HOME SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST ONE GOPHER!
We keep a Gopher in almost every room. Saves time looking for where it was last used. So handy for reaching way up onto shelves, into cabinets, and under furniture to retrieve items. Discovered it will pick up something as small as a vitamin pill off the floor instead of having to crawl under the kitchen table! It's a cool tool to have around!
