Even switch is also shockproof though water flows that direction we have made it risk-free by adding an extra cover to the switch which stops water to go inside.

Defective item
It's not working after one month only . Since it has 1yesr warrantee , therefore kindly get it either replaced or repaired. Else I shall scale up the matter. Since I am your star customer I need it to be done immediately
