This series turned my child into an awesome and avid reader because they loved the series so much. Now they are starting first year of high school and ahead of their required reading because after they read the series. They moved onto the Liad and Odessy by Homer. Including so many other green and Roman mythology classics. Then moved onto all of the Shakespeare writings on their own. So it’s a great way to kindle an interest into so many classics! Yes there is a very small part of same sex crush but there’s no kissing or anything like that and is only like 5% of the whole series. It has nothing to do with main plots or anything!! I’m only saying this because I do not support introducing same sex attraction being pushed down our kids throats before they even understand what it all means and I was concerned but this series is not about introducing physical sexual behaviors before they even know what it is. While at the same time I am here to judge those who are experiencing that. My point is it’s not going to confuse a child child like all the other bull crap of the newsmedia, govt, and schools are trying to do w our kids!!

Great reading for kids

I am so pleased!!! I bought this set for a reduced price from luielle books and I could not be happier. Arrived early and the packaging was fantastic everything was tightly wrapped and secured wonderfully. Product was exactly as described. I read these books when they originally came out and I am so happy to have the entire set in my possession lol. 10/10!!!

Books were purchased as a Christmas present for my granddaughter, who loves to read. This present added to the first set she has.

The covers are gorgeous and the books were still new. Came on time and can’t wait to give them to my little sister for her birthday. My only major complaint is that they came in an oversized box with no padding, no box set container. All five books were just in a plastic bag in the box and not even bound together. So the result is that the corners, edges, and spines received some damage during shipping. Nothing absolutely horrible, but as someone who collects books not only to read, but also as art (pretty covers, etc) I like to have mine in excellent condition. Amazon needs to start shipping books - and most products in general - in better packaging with padding and boxes that actually fit the items and aren’t three times bigger than the product.
