!!UPDATE!!! i was completely drenched in sweat today, it literally poured off of my body onto the floor I highly recommend this. SIZE UP THOUGH! i got what Amazon rec before and it was to small/.not getting enough results I sized up and it covers my entire stomach!! It definitely works! You will sweat like crazy I did get the sweat stick as well the vanilla scent and it definitely helps you sweat a little more than just the band plus smells delicious. My only complaint is don't listen to the size recommendation.. it recommend I get a medium and that was very snug on me I'm 190 5'3 with a apron post partum tummy and it only covers half my stomach and it was very snug. I got returned that size and got the large and the large covers EVERYTHING and is not uncomfortable or to snug it's just right! Size up a bit is my recommendation IF you want full coverage from waist to under bra line.. I haven't used long enough to get results but I do sweat so it is true to its purpose!

I’ve been using this waist trainer during my cardio sessions, and I really love it! It fits comfortably, provides great support, and doesn’t roll down while I’m moving. I’ve been on my weight loss journey for 8 months and this band is both comfortable and really does help you sweat more in the targeted area (ie belly, arms). My workouts are actually becoming more comfortable with the band I am not restricted on movement etc I do a full body workout, and it doesn’t ride up or down stays in place. This does provide compression so with tighter clothes will give you a slimmer look but not noticeable band underneath. Size is prefect very easy to put on/adjust if need be.

Actually fits most of my stomach and definitely gets the sweat out even when doing daily things it’s comfortable enough to wear whenever and doesn’t roll during workouts

It did its job and made me sweat double time. I did notice once I got soaked it rode up causing me to have to keep pulling it down but not that big of a deal to me but the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, im satisfied with my purchase and cant wait to continue using it for my workouts. The velcro seems sturdy and remains secure amd is super adjustable to account for weight fluctuation. Before I put it on my back was tight and I wasn't sure if working out would be a good idea but once I secured it, it provided excellent back support. Im 175lbs with a 31in waist and I ordered a size small. Pictures of my sweat for reference lol

I LOVE this band. I wear it while I work (I work outdoors) it’s super comfortable, flexible and doesn’t make me overheat. When I take this off it’s full of sweat. I’ve noticed I’ve slimmed down and it’s taking weight off of my belly and back. 10/10. Washes well, still sticks great does roll up a bit while pulling up pants but easy to adjust. I got a size medium, I’m about a 4-8 in pants depending on the brand and i could’ve even sized down for a more snug fit. But since it’s adjustable I can pull it very tight.

Very sturdy, but I can’t wear this because I got my belly button pierced so it pushes against it and it hurts a bit. I can’t wear it while it’s healing, but before I got it pierced It was very good at shaping my waist. The velcro is a little difficult to pull apart, but at least it won’t come apart while I’m doing my workout. Before It was very comfortable and very absorbent and forgot it was there.

Dadurch das man gurt aufmachen kann ist er allein daher schon mega fein, da ich noch einen von einer anderen Marke habe der aber geschlossen ist und man nach dem Training fast nicht mehr runterbekommt weil er so anklebt... Habe den Sweet Sweat in Verbindung mit der Creme und ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Creme kann ich auch nur empfehlen - riecht auch total gut!) Besonders beim Krafttraining ist er sehr fein da er auch stützt. Ich trainiere nur noch mit dem Gurt - und schwitzen tut man wirklich abnormal viel drunter - aber es wird nicht zu warm mit dem Gurt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen .

Einer der besten ”waist trainer“ die ich habe Ich verbrenne viel mehr Kalorien damit und du schwitzt wirklich alles darein Wenn du viel schwitzt, dann wird dieses Gummi was in dem Gurt drin ist, zwar etwas unbequem und klebend, aber dieses Gefühl vergeht sehr viel Bei starker Belastung merkt man dass eh nicht Ich habe den schon mehrmals gewaschen und der dehnt nicht aus, das Gummi ist weiterhin Wasser absorbierend. Eine 10/10 was das Produkt angeht

J'ai reçu ma ceinture de sudation avec un échantillons de la crème de la même marque ! Et comment vous dire ? C'est un produit juste génial, garde le dos bien droit pendant les séances de sport, affine la taille si vous y aller régulièrement j'ai déjà vue les résultat au bout d'une semaine en plus d'une alimentation équilibré de plus avec la crème ont transpire vraiment beaucoup. Je recommande la ceinture ainsi que la crème qui vas avec !
