Incompatible electric connection and ZERO customer service
The item description did not revel or picture the electric connection dimensions to this battery. As soon as I realized they would not connect to my gloves, I contacted the seller for a refund. I got NO response. Rather than eat the $29.95, I cut the old connectors off my bad batteries and soldered them to the new batteries. So far they heat the gloves, but it sure was a lot of tedious work. I will say that the manufacturer of the batteries did a robust job of the build.
